Description
The bees collect the nectar from the thyme flowers and make the honey. The characteristics that make it unique are its many healing properties, its deep amber color, its smells and its amazing taste.
It is rich in trace minerals (iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium) and is known for its antiseptic properties and its significant antioxidant activity.
The honey is harvest on the Cyclades islands, in Greece, which are full of thyme.
