Royal jelly is a milk-like substance secreted by bee that provides nutrition to developing larvae as well as the queen bee. The daily dosage recommended is 150mg-180mg in the morning, 15-30 minutes before breakfast for 1 month to get the best results (pause for the next 3 months and then resume).
